Hosting & server logs Netlify

This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA — certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). When you visit a page, Netlify processes technical data in server logs — IP address, browser type, timestamp, requested URL — to deliver the site and defend against attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact form Turnstile · Resend

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address and message are transmitted to a serverless function and delivered to my inbox via Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which loads a script from challenges.cloudflare.com and processes your IP address to distinguish humans from bots. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (spam protection). Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Cookies & local storage None

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. A single value — your dark/light theme preference — is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

Fonts Self-hosted

All web fonts are self-hosted. No connection to Google or any other font provider is made when you visit this site.

Your rights Art. 15–21

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for Bavaria: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Ansbach.
